Another success in keeping Hollywood Hills clean!

Hollywood Hills Civic Association Adopt a Street Day was successful. Volunteers donated their time to help clean up Thomas Street from 56th to 46th Avenue on Saturday, April 21, 2018. They spent 2 hours picking up paper, soda cans, plastic wrappers, cigarette butts, glass bottles and a whole lot more. 10 garbage bags of trash & litter amounted to over 100 pounds of trash. Giving back to our community to help keep our neighborhood clean is an awesome feeling!

Thank you to all who volunteered - Butch Behrens, Sue Behrens, Anthony Toribio, Sharon Nowell, Rick Prindiville and Pam Burgio.
A special "Thank You" to the City of Hollywood Public Works Department for providing safety vests, trash bags, and trash grabbers.

The next Adopt a Street event is planned for July 21, 2018. Come help us keep our streets clean.
