The City is hosting public meetings to discuss the plans for Sunset Park. This is your chance to let the City know what you want, or don’t want, the park to include. Planned improvements include nature preserve & trails, wetlands & overlooks, passive recreation and supporting amenities.
There are multiple meetings, each one scheduled from 6:00 to 7:30 pm so attend the one that fits your schedule best:

Tuesday, Oct 17 at Kay Gaither Community Center – 6291 Funston St.
Thursday, Oct 19 at Oak Lake Community Center – 3190 North 56th Ave.
Tuesday, Oct 24 at Hollywood Beach Culture & Community Center – 1301 South Ocean Dr.
Wednesday, Oct 25 at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center – 2400 Charleston St.
